Scholarships
Join us in supporting the Sacramento Section Alfred R. Golze Scholarship Fund. Each year this fund gives scholarships to deserving civil engineering students who have shown academic achievement and are active members of the ASCE Student Chapters at California State University Sacramento, California State University Chico, University of California Davis, and the University of the Pacific.
With your financial support the Alfred R. Golze Scholarship Committee will be able to award a significant scholarship to a deserving student at each of the four ASCE Student Chapters.
Paying for a civil engineering education was difficult for most of us years ago. With the rapidly escalating costs for tuition and books, paying for an engineering education today is a far greater challenge. Therefore, we ask you to join us and the other members of the Sacramento Section in assisting the most deserving, active, and promising of ASCE Student Chapter members with their educational goals.
Your generosity will be individually recognized in the ASCE Sacramento Section newsletter, The Engineerogram, and at the annual Project Awards Banquet where the scholarships are awarded. All donations are tax deductible. Donations of any amount are appreciated.
Please send your generous donations to: 1550 Harbor Blvd., Suite 212, West Sacramento, CA 95691, Attention: ASCE Sacramento Section, Scholarship Fund.
The ASCE Sacramento Section Board of Directors may also establish a limited or perpetual memorial scholarship fund for anyone who was a member of good standing. Perpetual memorial scholarships are usually funded by an annuity or trust. Please contact Eric Polson at [email protected] to discuss memorial scholarships.
Thank you for your generosity,
The Sacramento Section Scholarship Committee
